Stripping and Waxing
Our professional crews will mechanically strip and clean your floors. Then they will apply 6 coats of wax (using 18% solids), and burnish to a a glossy shine. Optionally, clients may prefer low or no gloss wax. Single service options are available as well as yearly contract options. Yearly contract includes two full single service strip/wax and two scrub and wax services. Scrub and wax removes the top two layers of wax. Then two coats of wax are reapplied.

Parking Garages
We clean parking garages on a contract and single service basis. Our staff will thoroughly blow down the garage from the top down, then clean all stairwells and elevators. Pressure washing and graffiti service are also available.
